# Change company details and legal notice

Every Smart Page has its own legal notice. NFCeez fills it from your company details. If they're right, your legal notice is right.

## View your details
1. Open [[Account › Company details]].
2. Under "Legal notice" you see legal form, owner or "Represented by", register, address and contact.

## Change your details
1. Tap **Edit details**. If something is still missing, the button reads **Complete details**.
2. Go through the questions: legal form and person, the register for e.K., UG, GmbH and Other, then address and contact. Tap **Continue** each time.
3. On the last page, tap **Save**. Your legal notice is updated straight away.

> **Important:** Legal form, owner and register apply to your whole business. Address, **Email for guests** and **Phone** belong to the location currently selected. For another location, first swipe to its page card in [[Smart Page]].

## Rules
- The address needs a house number.
- For e.K., UG and GmbH, register court and register number are required.
- The VAT ID is optional and starts with the country code, e.g. DE123456789.
- Email for guests and phone appear publicly in the legal notice. Your sign-in email stays private.
- You can't change the business name here.

## If something goes wrong
- "The VAT ID is invalid. It starts with the country code, e.g. DE123456789.": check how it's written.
- "Please check the email address.": the email for guests isn't valid.
- "Only owners and managers can change the company details.": with your role you can only view the details.

## Common questions
**What does the "Complete your legal notice" card on Home mean?** Your legal notice is still missing details. Tap it and add them.

**Where do guests find my legal notice?** At your page address with /impressum at the end, for example nfceez.de/cafesonne-aplerbeck/impressum.
