# Countries and legal details

NFCeez follows the country of your address. You choose the country during setup under **Country**.

## What follows the country
- **Legal forms:** the app shows the usual forms for your country, such as Sole trader, Partnership, Ltd or LLP in the UK, or Sole proprietorship, Partnership, LLC or Corporation in the USA.
- **Register:** in Germany the app asks for register court and register number for e.K., UG and GmbH. In other countries the register is optional.
- **Address:** the app checks postcodes and phone numbers by your country's rules.
- **Time zone:** opening hours and bookings follow the time zone of your address. You don't set it.
- **Taxes on the menu:** see [Edit dishes and categories](gerichte-und-kategorien-bearbeiten).

## Your legal details
- **Germany, Austria, Switzerland:** the details are in the "Impressum" on your Smart Page.
- **Rest of Europe and the UK:** they're under "Legal notice".
- **USA:** there's no such page. In the app they're called "Business details" and stay private. Email and phone for guests are on your Smart Page.

Either way, [[Account › Business]] shows what applies to you. How to change the details is in [Company details and legal notice](unternehmensangaben-und-impressum).

## Verification
The register search only exists in Germany. In all other countries you verify with documents, see [Verify your business](unternehmen-verifizieren).

## Common questions
**In which countries is Revenue+ available?** In the EU, the EEA, Switzerland, the UK and the USA. Prices are in [Which plans are there?](tarife-im-ueberblick)

**Does NFCeez check whether our details are legally sufficient?** No. NFCeez shows what you enter. You're responsible for it being correct.
