# Help and contact

If you can't find an answer here, a person from the NFCeez team will help you. There are three ways.

## 1. Chat on help.nfceez.de
1. On help.nfceez.de, tap **Ask**. The AI answers straight away, using only these help articles.
2. If that's not enough, tap **Write to our team**.
3. Enter your email and what it's about, and tap **Send to our team**. The chat so far goes along with it. The team replies by email.

You can also open the help centre in the app under [[Account › Help › Help centre]]. It opens in the app's language.

## 2. Message in the app
1. Open [[Account › Help › Contact NFCeez]].
2. Tap a topic, for example "I have a question about my plan.", or write your own under **Your message** (up to 4,000 characters).
3. Send the message. The team's reply appears in this chat.

Owners, managers and editors can write. With read-only access you can only read the chat.

## 3. Email
Write to support@nfceez.de.

> **Important:** Never send us your password or bank details, whichever way you contact us.

## Report an app issue
If something in the app isn't working, send us a report.
1. Open [[Account › Help › Report an app issue]]. Or shake your iPhone firmly on the page where the problem happens and tap **Report issue**.
2. Under "What happened?", briefly describe the problem and what you expected (10 to 4,000 characters).
3. Turn on **Include screenshot** if we should see the page. Check the screenshot before sending.
4. Tap **Send report**. You'll see "Thank you".

The app and iOS versions are included; passwords and logs never are. **Shake to report** turns reporting by shaking on or off.

## Common questions
**Do I need to be signed in?** For the message and the issue report in the app, yes. You can always use the chat on help.nfceez.de and email.
