# Set up your business

After your account, the app walks you through six short steps. Your answers become your Smart Page and your legal notice. Every answer is saved: if you close the app, you pick up where you left off.

## 1. Your business
1. Enter your **Business name**. This name can't be changed after setup.
2. Choose your legal form: Sole trader, e.K., GbR, UG, GmbH or Other. Below it, enter who is behind it, for example **Owner (first and last name)** or **Managing director (first and last name)**.
3. For e.K., UG, GmbH and Other, the app asks about the register. For e.K., UG and GmbH, register court and register number are required.

## 2. Your location
1. Give the location a name, for example the neighbourhood. Your page address is made from the business name and the location name.
2. Enter **Street and house number**, **Postcode** and **City**, and choose the country (DE, AT or CH).
3. Enter an **Email for guests** and a **Phone** number. Both appear publicly in your legal notice. Your sign-in email stays private.

## 3. Your industry
1. Choose Food & hospitality, Beauty & wellness or Retail.
2. Choose up to two kinds of business, for example Café or Restaurant. With **Other** you type your own (40 characters at most). The app shows the suggestions in its own language; your Smart Page shows them in German.

## 4. Your look
1. Tap the logo or cover to choose a picture. Without a cover, your page gets a colour gradient.
2. If you already have an NFCeez product, tap **Connect NFCeez product**. Otherwise tap **Skip**. The question "Already have a card?" covers NFC cards and NFC stickers. You can also connect your product later under [[Account › Products]].

## 5. Your plan
Choose the plan at the top and, below it, how many locations you need. You start Basic with **Start for free**. If a free month is available to you, the button for Loyalty, Booking and Complete reads **Start 1 month free**. Billing and cancellation run through your Apple account. ## 6. Your Smart Page
At the end you see your link. What happens next is explained under [Publish your Smart Page](smart-page-veroeffentlichen).

## Common questions
**Can I go back?** Yes. Tap the arrow at the top left.

**I want to stop.** Tap "…" at the top right and choose **Sign out**. Your saved details are kept.

**Can I change my details later?** You change legal form, address and contact under [Company details and legal notice](unternehmensangaben-und-impressum). You can change the location name once every 30 days.
