# What are NFC stickers and NFC cards?

NFCeez sells NFC stickers and NFC cards with a QR code, together called NFC products. When a guest holds their smartphone to the product, your Smart Page opens. Anyone without NFC scans the QR code. Guests don't need an app.

## How it works
- Each product is permanently connected to your business and always leads to your Smart Page.
- You can connect NFCeez products, or a blank NFC sticker or NFC card. The app writes your link onto it and locks the product so nobody can overwrite it.
- Only the owner can connect products. See [Connect a product](produkt-verbinden).
- Good places for stickers are the counter, entrance, window or tables.

## What you see
Under [[Account › Products]] you find every connected product with "Active" or "Inactive" and the number of taps. In [Reach](reichweite-verstehen), visits through your products appear as "NFC taps" and "QR scans".

> **Important:** NFC products aren't for stamping. You only give stamps by scanning the QR code on your guest's Wallet card. See [Stamp guests](gaeste-stempeln).

## Common questions
**Do the products cost extra to use?** Products work on every plan, Basic included.

**Where do we get stickers and cards?** You'll soon be able to order them in the shop at nfceez.de/shop. The shop isn't online yet. In the app you connect stickers you already have.

**The app says "NFC card". What does that mean?** That's what your NFC cards are called. The app sometimes also shows a blank NFC sticker you connected yourself as "NFC card".

**Does it work with every phone?** Many phones read NFC. For all others there's the QR code.
