# What is the Orbit?

The Orbit is your goal: this many [regulars](was-ist-ein-stammgast) is what you want. You see it on [[Home]], one swipe from your page views.

## Accept your goal
After Revenue+ starts, the app suggests your first goal. It works it out from the typical price on your menu and your own numbers.
1. Under "Your first orbit" tap **Accept goal**.
2. Or tap **Choose a different goal** and set another number with minus and plus. The goal is at least 5 above today's regulars.

Only the owner accepts the goal. Managers see "Your owner sets the goal."

## What you see
- **Orbit 1** with your goal, for example "of 25 regulars", and today's number.
- How the number changed over 4 weeks and when you'll reach the goal at this pace.
- "3 regulars haven't been back for three weeks." **Win back** starts a Comeback Boost, see [Boosts](boosts).
- [This week's missions](orbit-missionen).
- Your streak, shown as a small chip: how many weeks in a row you've completed at least one mission.

## Goal reached
On the way the app shows your milestones. When you reach the goal, it celebrates with you and sets the next one: Orbit 2, a little higher than the last. Every orbit counts from its own start.

> **Important:** The Orbit is a goal, not a promise. Revenue figures in the app are worked examples using your own prices.

## Common questions
**We're on Basic.** The app shows where you stand today and suggests a goal. The Orbit comes with Revenue+.

**Why isn't the number moving?** Only visits with a Wallet stamp and bookings count. Ask for the card at the till, see [Stamp guests](gaeste-stempeln).

**Is there a goal guarantee?** Yes, for your first goal. The app doesn't show it, you request it: the 13 weeks start on the first Monday after you accept the goal. Write within 30 days after they end, through the [support chat](support-chat) or to support@nfceez.de. We check the conditions against your account.
