# What does "Insights" show in Reach?

"Insights" is at the top of Reach. Each card describes one thing the app found in your numbers, and often tells you what you can do about it.

## View the cards
1. Open [[Home › Reach]].
2. Under "Insights", swipe through the cards.
3. If a card has a button, such as **Open Smart Page**, **Connect product**, **Create offer** or **Open loyalty card**, it takes you straight to the right place.

## Which cards there are
- Patterns: "Peak time" (your busiest time), "Quiet day" (your quietest opening day), "Top source", "What works", "Most tapped" and "Trend" (more or fewer visits than before).
- Warning: "Source", when clearly fewer visits came through a platform.
- Menu and loyalty: your most opened dish, "Searched, not found" and ideas for your stamp card.
- What's missing: no Google review link, no product connected yet, or few visitors tap anything.

## When cards appear
The app works out the cards from your numbers for the last eight weeks. Nothing is estimated. Patterns appear from about 30 visits. Before that you see "Too early" with "Not enough visits for patterns yet."

> **Important:** On Basic you only see the first card. After that the app shows how many more are waiting. All cards come with Revenue+.

## Common questions
**How does the app know when we're open?** From your [opening hours](oeffnungszeiten-und-besondere-tage). Without opening hours there's no "Quiet day" card.

**Are these the same suggestions as "For you" on Home?** Partly. "For you" on Home shows the next sensible steps, such as a [Boost](boosts) or your [menu health](gesundheit-der-karte).
