# Add and arrange links

Links are the buttons guests tap on your Smart Page: your Instagram, your website, your Google reviews and anything else you want to show.

## Add a link
1. Open [[Smart Page › Links › Add link]].
2. Paste a link into the "Paste a link or search" field, or search for a platform. The app recognises a pasted link and offers it first, for example with **Add this link**.
3. Or choose from the list: under "For your guests", for example **Google reviews** or **Website**; under "Social media", Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and more; or **Custom link** at the bottom.
4. Enter your username or the address. For **Custom link**, also add a short title.
5. Tap **Add**. The link appears under "Links" and is on your page straight away.

## Change, arrange, hide, delete
- Change: Tap the field on the link's card and type the new details. They save automatically.
- Arrange: Hold the dots on the left of the card and drag the link into place. That's also its place on your page.
- Hide: Switch off the switch on the right. The link stays saved, but guests no longer see it.
- Delete: Links of your own that you added with "Add link" are deleted with the red **Delete link** under the link. At "Delete link?", tap **Delete**. The link disappears from your Smart Page.

Under each link you see how often it was tapped, for example "Tapped 12× in 30 days".

## Rules and limits
- You can add up to 20 custom links; social media links count towards this. After that, the app offers no more.
- A title has at most 120 characters. Addresses must work with http or https.
- Phone, WhatsApp, email and address aren't under "Links" but under [[Smart Page › Edit page › Quick actions]].
- The app doesn't accept links to other providers of bookings, loyalty cards, menus or link pages (such as Linktree), because NFCeez offers these itself. You'll then see, for example, "Your Smart Page already is your link page."

If you see "Please check your entry. This change has not been saved yet.", the address or username isn't right. If the connection fails, tap **Try again**.

## Common questions
**How do I delete a link?** Links you added with "Add link" are deleted with **Delete link**; confirm with **Delete**. Links without **Delete link**, such as Google reviews, you switch off with their switch. They disappear from your page but stay in the app in case you need them again.

**Why can't I add my reservation link?** NFCeez handles bookings itself. Turn on **Online booking** under "Modules" (Booking or Complete plan), see [Set up bookings](buchungen-einrichten).
