# How many guests come back?

The statistics show whether your stamp card brings guests back. They count visits where a stamp was given.

## Open the statistics
- At the top of [[Guests › Loyalty]], tap the panel with the figures or **View statistics**.
- Or on [[Home]], tap the "Regulars" card. It appears once your card has members.

The top of [[Guests › Loyalty]] already shows the last 30 days: visits from guests who came back, plus members, regulars and redeemed rewards.

## What you see
- **Period:** Choose 7, 30 or 90 days at the top. Below is a short sentence about your figures. If it says "AI · in short", the AI wrote it.
- **Key takeaways:** hints such as how many members come back, who needs just one more stamp, or who hasn't been in for over 30 days. They appear once at least five members have had a visit with a stamp. Until then it says "Not enough visits for patterns yet."
- **Coming back:** "Regulars" are members with 3 visits or more. "Come back" shows the share who came at least twice.
- **Where your guests are on the card:** how many guests have how many stamps.
- **Your guests' journey:** since the card started, from "Joined" through "First stamp", "Came back" and "Reached the reward" to "Redeemed".
- **Rhythm:** visits per weekday over the last 8 weeks.

> **Tip:** If "Key takeaways" shows a quiet day, you can give two stamps per visit on that day. You set this when scanning, see [Stamping guests](gaeste-stempeln).

## Common questions
**Why do I see hardly any figures?** The statistics need visits with a stamp. Until your card is running, it says "Once your loyalty card is running, you'll see here who comes back."
