# Offers on the Wallet card

If you have a stamp card, you can send a new offer straight to your guests' Wallet card. Guests see the message on their phone.

## Announce an offer
1. Create an offer, see [Create offers](angebote-erstellen).
2. At the end, tap **Publish** or **Save offer**.
3. Under "Announce …?" you see how many guests get it. Tap **Announce**. **Not now** keeps it quietly on your menu.

The question only comes for new offers and only if your stamp card is running.

## The rules
- It only goes to guests who agreed to news and offers when signing up.
- At most once a week. If the week is already taken, the app names the day it arrives: "It arrives on …"
- Only on days you're open according to your [opening hours](oeffnungszeiten-und-besondere-tage), and only during the day.
- If there are several new offers, the newest one goes out.

## What guests see
The offer is on the back of the card and the phone shows a short message with your name and the offer. It can look a little different in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.

## Common questions
**Why didn't all guests get the offer?** Only those who agreed get it. You can see whether a guest agreed in [[Guests › Customers]] under "News and offers".

**Does this cost extra?** No, it's included in Revenue+.

**Can we send messages without an offer?** No, the app only sends offers this way.
