# Set your rewards: 1 to 3 on one card

One card that stays: you set 1 to 3 rewards, each at its own stamp. For example a hot drink at 5 and breakfast at 10 stamps.

## Create your card
1. Open [[Guests › Loyalty]] and tap **Create loyalty card**.
2. Choose **One reward**, **Two rewards** or **Three rewards**. That's a suggestion, you can change every reward.
3. Tap a reward. Under "At which stamp?" set the number and write the reward, for example "Free iced coffee". Up to 24 characters, it shows large on the card. Below it you find suggestions from your menu.
4. Tap **Done**, then **Continue**.
5. Design the card, see [Design your stamp card](karte-gestalten).
6. Under "Ready to start." the owner ticks the [data processing agreement](treue-vereinbarung-und-bedingungen) the first time.
7. Tap **Start card**. You see "Your card is live." **Share loyalty programme** sends the sign-up link.

## Change your rewards
1. Open [[Guests › Loyalty]] and next to "Your rewards" tap **Change**.
2. Tap a reward, or use **Another reward** or **Remove reward**.
3. Tap **Save**. You see "Your rewards are saved." Guests see them on their card shortly.

## How the card counts
- Every stamp stays, even when you change rewards.
- When a guest passes a reward, they earn it and can redeem it.
- After the last reward, the count starts again at 0. Stamps beyond it keep counting.
- If you shorten the card and a guest already has more stamps than the new last reward, they get that reward and the rest keeps counting.

The app shows you roughly how long a regular takes for a reward: "A regular needs about 6 weeks for this."

## Common questions
**How many stamps can a reward have?** Up to 100.

**Does the card ever expire?** No. There's nothing to restart.

**Do guests see a change at once?** Yes. Their Wallet card shows the next reward after its next update.
