# What can each role do?

Each person on your team has exactly one role. It sets what they can see and change in NFCeez Business.

## The three roles
- **Owner:** the person the account belongs to. Only the owner chooses and changes the plan, invites and removes people, changes roles, connects NFC products, concludes the data processing agreement and starts verification.
- **Manager:** "Everything except plan, team and deleting." Managers edit the Smart Page, publish the menu, change rewards and Boosts, answer bookings and stamp guests.
- **Service:** "Stamps and today's bookings. Sees the shift only." See [The shift screen](schicht-ansicht).

## Change a role
Only the owner can change roles.
1. Open [[Account › Team & roles]].
2. Tap the person. A window with the person's role opens.
3. Choose **Manager** or **Service** and confirm. The new role appears next to the name at once.

## Common questions
**Can we make someone the owner?** No. In the app you only assign Manager and Service.

**Does our team see the plan?** Managers see it under [[Account › Plan]]. Only the owner can buy or change it.
