Scanning first shows the member. Your confirmation performs the action.

Step by step
Choose Scan loyalty card in the loyalty area.
Scan the guest’s personal QR code or enter the member code.
Check the displayed member and current card progress.
Choose the stamp quantity for the purchase and confirm.
If a reward is available, choose to redeem it and confirm separately.
Good to know
If confirmation is still pending, check the same operation again. Do not immediately start another operation for the same purchase.
Labels can vary by app language and version. Available features depend on your plan and permissions.
