Delete your account

Account deletion is permanent. To remove just one location, use location management instead.

Step by step

  1. Open Account → Delete account.

  2. Read which data and pages will be affected.

  3. Review and manage any Apple subscription separately.

  4. Confirm your identity using the provided password or Apple flow.

  5. Confirm deletion only after understanding the consequences, then wait for completion.

Good to know

Your Smart Pages will no longer be accessible, and linked NFC products will no longer open them. See the legal documents for retention details.
