App access and bookable staff are managed separately.

Step by step
Open Account → Team & Roles.
Read the available role descriptions. Choose only the permissions the person needs.
If your plan and role allow it, choose Invite person.
Check the email address and role before sending.
Manage existing members and invitations in the same area.
Good to know
If an action is missing, first check your role and plan. Adding someone under Bookable staff does not invite them to your NFCeez account.
Labels can vary by app language and version. Available features depend on your plan and permissions.
