Invite team members
Invite staff by email and give each person their own role. From the Loyalty plan up, owner only.
With a team, everyone gets their own access to NFCeez Business. You decide with the role what each person can do, and you never have to share your password.
Only the owner can invite people. Teams come with every paid plan (Loyalty, Booking, Complete), not with Basic. On Basic you see the button See plans instead of the invitation.
Invite someone
- Open Account›Team & roles.
- Tap Invite someone.
- Enter the person's email address and tap Continue.
- Choose the role: Manager, Editor or Read-only access. Editor is preselected. Below the choice you see what the role can do.
- Tap Send invitation and confirm with Face ID. "Invitation sent." appears.
- Tap Done or Invite another person.
The person gets an email from NFCeez. As soon as they sign in to the app with exactly this address, they are on the team. Until then your list shows "Invited", and the count of open invitations appears at the top.

Remove someone or withdraw an invitation
Only the owner can do this too.
- Open Account›Team & roles and tap the person.
- In the menu, tap Remove from team. For an open invitation it says Withdraw invitation.
- Tap Remove or Withdraw to confirm, then confirm with Face ID.
A person on the team loses access to your NFCeez straight away. For a withdrawn invitation, the link in the email stops working.
Common questions
Can I change the role later? Yes. In Account›Team & roles, tap the person and choose another role.
Why does the app ask for Face ID? Invitations, role changes and removals always need an extra confirmation. More in Face ID and app lock.
