If you close a location, you can delete it in the app. You then have 30 days to change your mind. The owner and managers can delete and restore locations.

What happens when you delete

  • The page goes offline at once. NFC products are unlinked and can be connected again.
  • After 30 days, content, bookings, feedback and statistics are removed.
  • Customers, loyalty balances and visits are kept.
  • Only this location is affected. Your account stays.

Delete a location

  1. In the Smart Page tab, pick the location by swiping to its card.
  2. Tap Live or Offline. The "Publishing" sheet opens.
  3. Under Delete branch, drag the slider to the left ("Slide left to review"). Nothing is deleted yet.
  4. Read the overview "Delete …?" and tap Continue.
  5. Under "One last step." you see what you need to take care of yourself, such as upcoming bookings or open rewards. Tap I understand.
  6. Drag the slider to the left ("Slide left to confirm") and confirm with Face ID. The location is deleted.

You can stop at any time with Keep location.

Restore a location

  1. Open AccountBranchesRecently deleted (the clock icon at the top right).
  2. Each location shows "Recoverable until …". Tap Restore.
  3. Tap Restore as offline. "Branch restored" appears.

Your content returns, but the page stays offline. Reconnect your NFC products if needed (Connect a product) and put the page live when everything is ready (Live or offline). To publish it you need a free location slot in your plan.

Common questions

What if the 30 days are over? The app then shows "The recovery period has ended." The location can't be brought back.

The app says "Restoring requires another branch slot. Please contact NFCeez." Write to us and we'll help: Help and contact.

Why don't I see "Delete branch"? Only the owner and managers see this section.
