What is NFCeez?

NFCeez Business is the iPhone app for cafés, restaurants, bars, salons and shops. You use it to set up your own page, bring guests to it with one tap – and, if you like, bring them back again and again.

What you do with NFCeez

• Smart Page: your page on nfceez.de with logo, cover, opening hours, contact details, links and your Google review link. Whatever you save is online straight away.
• NFC stickers and NFC cards with a QR code: guests hold their phone to the NFC product or scan the QR code and land on your Smart Page.
• Stamp card: guests save your card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. You stamp by scanning the QR code on their Wallet card.
• Menu with AI: the AI helps you read in your existing menu. You check the dishes and approve them.
• Online bookings: guests book tables or appointments through your Smart Page, and you confirm the requests in the app.
• Reach: you see how often your page is opened and where your guests come from.
• Team: you invite staff and give each person a role.

• Basic is free: one Smart Page for one location, with review link, NFC & QR and visit analytics.
• Loyalty, Booking and Complete start at €19.99 a month (incl. VAT). They add the menu with AI, team & roles and their own module. Up to 5 locations are possible.

How to start

1. Download NFCeez Business from the App Store onto your iPhone.
2. Create your account.
3. Set up your business and publish your Smart Page.

Common questions

Do my guests need an app? No. The Smart Page opens in the browser, and the stamp card lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

Which businesses is NFCeez for? During setup you choose Food & hospitality, Beauty & wellness or Retail. NFCeez isn't offered for medical or therapy practices.

Can I stamp with an NFC sticker or NFC card? No. NFC products take guests to your Smart Page. Stamping works only by scanning the QR code on the guest's Wallet card.
