Your menu during setup

During setup you upload your menu. The AI reads the prices at once, the full menu is built once Revenue+ starts. What happens with "not a menu".

Your menu is the heart of NFCeez, so you upload it during setup. The step can't be skipped and it's upload only: a photo or PDF, no typing.

How it works

  1. Tap Photograph your menu or Choose a photo or PDF.
  2. Answer the short questions, such as whether the AI should add descriptions, recommendations and photos.
  3. The AI reads your prices. You see how many items it found and what's typical at your place. Price not right? lets you correct the price.

The app uses this price to work out what regulars can bring you. Your full menu is only built once Revenue+ is running: "Your menu is ready as soon as your plan starts."

If the app can't read something

  • "This doesn't look like a menu.": the file isn't a menu. Use Upload other photos to upload a photo or PDF of your menu with its prices.
  • "We can't read this clearly.": use Upload a new photo and photograph the menu straight on, in good light and fully in frame.
  • "There are no prices on your menu.": upload a version with prices, or tell the app what a typical order costs.
  • "We only found … prices.": use Add more pages to add the other pages.
  • "That didn't work just now.": your photos are saved. Tap Try again.
  • "You've uploaded many times already.": enter what a typical order costs under Enter the price yourself. You can add your menu later.

What happens to your files

Your files are private. Without a plan they're deleted after 7 days, with a plan after 30 days. The AI skips files that aren't a menu.

Common questions

We're starting on Basic. Do we still have to upload? Yes, the step is part of setup. The menu itself is only included in Revenue+.

When is the menu built? As soon as Revenue+ is running, the AI starts with your pages and answers. You then review the dishes.
