What are NFC stickers and NFC cards?
NFC stickers and NFC cards with a QR code bring guests to your Smart Page with one tap or scan. How they work and what they don't do.
NFCeez sells NFC stickers and NFC cards with a QR code, together called NFC products. When a guest holds their phone to the product, your Smart Page opens. Guests without NFC scan the QR code. They don't need an app for this.
How it works
- Each product is connected to one location for good and always leads to that location's Smart Page.
- You can connect NFCeez products, a blank NFC sticker or a blank NFC card. The app writes your link onto it and locks it so nobody can overwrite it.
- Only the Owner can connect products. See Connect a product.
- Good spots for stickers are, for example, the counter, entrance, window or tables. The app also suggests these names when you name a product.
What you see
Under Account›Products you find every connected product with "Active" or "Inactive" and its number of taps. At the top you see Products and taps in 30 days. In Reach, visits through your products show up as "NFC taps" and "QR scans".
Common questions
Does using products cost extra? Products work on every plan, including Basic.
Where do I get stickers and cards? Soon you can order stickers and cards in the shop at nfceez.de/shop/. The shop isn't online yet.
The app says "NFC card". What does that mean? That's what your NFC cards are called. A blank NFC sticker that you connected yourself is also shown as "NFC card".
Can I move a product to another location later? No. The connection is permanent. See Replace a product.
