Complete "Finish your page"
The "Finish your page" list shows which of the 8 key details your Smart Page is still missing, and takes you straight there.
A complete page helps guests recognise, reach and find you. "Finish your page" in the Smart Page tab shows you what's still missing, for example "5 of 8 done".
Work through the list
- Open Smart Page and scroll to "Finish your page". Open items are at the top.
- Tap an open item. The app opens the right place.
- Enter the detail and save it. The item is ticked off.
Use the arrow to collapse or expand the list. Once all 8 items are done, it disappears.
The 8 items
- Logo and Cover: open "Appearance". Tap the image there.
- Phone or WhatsApp: opens "Quick actions". One of the two is enough.
- Address: opens "Quick actions".
- Opening hours: opens the weekly hours, see Opening hours, holidays and closures.
- Google reviews: your review link, see Link your Google reviews.
- Website or social media: opens the field for your website.
- Brand colour: opens the colour choice.
Common questions
I added opening hours, but the item is still open. Check that on every open day the closing time is after the opening time, then tap Save.
Why can't I tap the items? With read-only access you can't edit the page. Ask the owner for a different role, see Roles and permissions.
Does the list apply to all locations? No, to the location you currently have open. Each location has its own list.
