With your Google review link, your Smart Page gets a review button. Your guests can then review you directly, while they're still with you.

In your Google Business Profile, copy the link customers use to write a review. It often starts with `https://g.page/r/`. Without a Google Business Profile there is no review link.

  1. Open Smart PageLinksAdd link.
  2. Under "For your guests", tap Google reviews.
  3. Paste your link.
  4. Tap Add. The link appears under "Links" and on your page.

Alternatively, under "Finish your page" tap Google reviews, paste the link and tap Save.

What guests see

Every guest gets to Google with one tap on the review button. There is no star question first.

  • Under the button it says "Send private feedback instead". This opens a private form with its own stars ("How was your visit?"), name, email or phone and "What could we do better?".
  • Private feedback is not published on Google; the owner receives it by email. Afterwards the guest can still post on Google.
  • All guests see both options. There's no filter that sends only happy guests to Google.

Change or hide it

  • Change: under "Links", tap the "Google reviews" field and paste the new link. It saves automatically.
  • Hide: switch off the switch next to the link. The link stays saved.

Common questions

How often is the button tapped? You'll see it under the link, for example "Tapped 5× in 30 days". In Reach it appears as "Google review".

I don't see Google reviews in the list. Then the link is already added. You'll find it under "Links".

Can I send only happy guests to Google? No. Every guest can review you on Google directly. Anyone who'd rather tell only you uses the private feedback.

Are my Google stars shown on the Smart Page? No. The Smart Page shows a button that leads to Google.
