Put your Smart Page live or offline
Publish your Smart Page with one switch, or take it offline for a while without deleting anything.
When your Smart Page is live, guests reach it through your link, your NFC stickers and QR codes. When it's offline, nobody sees it, but all your content is kept.
Change the status
- In Smart Page, tap Live or Offline below the page card. The dot shows the current status: green means live.
- In the "Publishing" window, switch Published on or off.
- Tap Done. The change applies at once.
While offline, the page card shows "Unpublished" under the name. You can still edit the page and look at it with Preview.
When a page is offline
- A new location starts offline. Put it live as soon as it's ready.
- Each plan covers a certain number of locations. If you see "Publishing requires an available branch slot or an additional branch subscription.", all slots are taken. The owner can upgrade the plan, see Change plan.
- If a subscription ends or you switch to a smaller plan, the newest locations go offline. They are not deleted.
Common questions
What do guests see when the page is offline? Your page doesn't open, neither through the link nor through your NFC stickers or QR codes.
Do I have to publish again after every change? No. While the page is live, changes are visible at once.
Who can change the status? Owners, managers and editors. With read-only access you only see the status.
