Cancel your subscription
You cancel with Apple, straight from the app. Your pages stay online until the end of the paid period, then Basic applies.
Your NFCeez subscription runs through Apple, so you also cancel it with Apple. You can do this straight from the app, and you can cancel monthly. Only the owner can cancel, with the Apple account used for the purchase.
How to cancel
- Open Account›Your plan.
- Tap Manage subscription with Apple. Apple shows your subscriptions.
- Choose the NFCeez subscription and cancel it there.
- Close the window. Account›Your plan now shows "Cancelled", Billing shows "Ends on" with the date, and "After that" shows "Basic, free".
You can also cancel in the iPhone Settings under your name, in Subscriptions. The result is the same.
What happens next
- Until the end of the paid period, everything stays as it is. Your pages stay online.
- After that, Basic applies: Smart Page, review link, NFC & QR and visit analytics stay. Menu with AI, loyalty programme, online bookings and team aren't part of Basic.
- Basic has one location. Other locations go offline, newest first. They aren't deleted and are reachable again with a matching plan.
Common questions
I don't see "Manage subscription with Apple". The button only appears for the owner, and only while a subscription is running. On Basic there's nothing to cancel.
Can I cancel during the free month? Yes, the same way. Cancel in good time before the "Free until" date and keep to the deadline Apple shows you when cancelling. "After that" then shows "Basic, free".
Can I get my money back? Refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides whether to refund.
Can I come back later? Yes, any time under Account›Your plan›Choose plan. See Change plan.
