Verify your business

Verification is optional. Your Smart Page is online without it too. After the check, the "Verified business" badge appears on your Smart Pages.

Start verification

1. Open Account›Company details and tap Verify now.
2. Under Company name, type at least three letters and tap your business in the list. The app checks its entry in the commercial register.
3. Not in the commercial register, for example as a café or sole trader? Tap Not in the commercial register? and prove it with your trade registration.
4. Choose your proof: Commercial register extract, Trade registration or Letter from the tax office.
5. Tap Photograph document (up to 10 pages) or Choose file (PDF, JPG, PNG or HEIC up to 10 MB). You'll then see "Submitted."

What happens next

A person at NFCeez looks at your documents, usually within 2 working days. You see the status under Account›Company details:

• "Being checked.": your documents are with NFCeez.
• "One step left.": NFCeez needs something more. Tap Send more documents.
• "Not confirmed.": it didn't work out. You can try again any time.
• "All set.": the badge is on your Smart Pages.

Your document is used only for the check and deleted 30 days after the decision.

If something goes wrong

• "The register search is busy right now. Verify with a document instead.": use Not in the commercial register? and upload your proof.
• "This business is no longer actively registered.": the entry is no longer active. Choose proof such as your trade registration.
• "Please choose a PDF or photo up to 10 MB.": the file is too large or in another format.

Common questions

I can't see the button. Only the account owner starts verification. Your team sees the status.

What does the badge mean? NFCeez has checked that your business exists and that the page is managed by an authorised person. It is not an official confirmation and no guarantee for products or services.
