Bought it, but no plan? Restore purchases
If your plan isn't unlocked after buying, "Restore purchases" matches your Apple subscription with your account.
Your plan belongs to your NFCeez account, not to your iPhone. On a new iPhone you just sign in, and your plan is there. You only need "Restore purchases" when a purchase went through with Apple but the app doesn't show the plan yet.
Only the owner sees this button.
How to restore purchases
- Make sure the iPhone is signed in with the Apple account you bought the subscription with.
- Open Account›Your plan.
- Tap Restore purchases at the bottom. Apple may ask for your Apple account.
- Read the message that appears below it:
- "Your plan has been restored." All done.
- "No active subscription was found for this Apple account." Check that you're signed in with the right Apple account and that the subscription is still running with Apple.
- "Your purchase couldn't be checked right now. Please try again in a moment." Wait a little and tap again.
The button is also at the very bottom of the setup step "Your plan".
Messages right after buying
- "The purchase could not be confirmed yet. Paid purchases will be reconciled again." The app tries again by itself a few times. If that doesn't help, tap Restore purchases.
- "The purchase is awaiting confirmation. We'll unlock your plan as soon as Apple confirms it." For example, when someone still has to approve the purchase. You don't need to do anything.
- "The purchase couldn't be completed. Nothing was charged. Please try again." Start the purchase again.
- "This Apple purchase belongs to another NFCeez account." The Apple subscription is already linked to another NFCeez account. Sign in with that account or write to us.
