Guests become regulars.

What counts as a regular?

A regular is a guest who came on two different days within 30 days. Counted from Wallet stamps and bookings.

A regular is a guest who came to you on two different days within 30 days.

Where the number comes from

  • Stamps on the Wallet card: each day with a stamp is a visit.
  • Table bookings: confirmed bookings with the same email address.

Only what guests share with you themselves counts. Someone who only opens your Smart Page doesn't count as a regular. NFCeez sets no cookies on the page and doesn't recognise individual visitors there.

When someone drops out

The 30 days keep moving. If a regular doesn't come back, they eventually drop out of the number.

Once their last visit is at least 21 days ago, the app names them in the Orbit: "regulars haven't been back for three weeks". Win back gives them a reason to come, see Boosts.

Examples

  • A stamp on Monday, a stamp on Friday: a regular.
  • Two stamps on the same day: not a regular yet, because that's one day.
  • A stamp on Tuesday and a confirmed booking on Saturday with the same email as on the card: a regular.

Common questions

Why do we have fewer regulars than we think? Many guests come back but don't show a card. Ask for it at the till, see Stamp guests.

Does this also count on Basic? The app shows you where you stand on Basic too. Stamps and table booking only come with Revenue+.
