Boosts: extra stamps on top
Boosts sit on your card: double stamps on chosen days, welcome stamps and comeback stamps. Your card stays as it is.
A Boost gives guests a reason to come now. Your card and rewards stay as they are.
The three Boosts
- Double stamps: on quiet days every visit counts twice.
- Welcome stamps: new guests get extra stamps on their first visit.
- Comeback stamps: guests away for 30 days get extra stamps.
Start a Boost
- Open Guests›Loyalty and next to "Boosts" tap New Boost.
- Choose a Boost and tap Continue.
- For double stamps, choose the days or Every day. The app only offers days you're open. For the others, choose 1, 2 or 3 extra stamps.
- Choose the length: 1 week, 2, 4 or 8 weeks.
- Tap Start Boost. You see "Your Boost is on."
Guests see double stamps on their Wallet card. Welcome and comeback stamps apply from the next visit.
When stamping
You don't have to do anything extra. Stamp as usual and the Boost adds itself. The scanner shows, for example, "Plus 1 extra stamp from the Boost."
See the result
Tap a Boost. You see Visits on these days, Usually on these days, Extra stamps and Guests.
End Boost stops it. Collected stamps stay, and from then on there are no extra stamps.
Common questions
Can several Boosts run at once? Yes, but not two of the same kind. Otherwise you see "A Boost of this kind already runs in this period."
Where do the suggestions come from? The app suggests Boosts from your numbers, such as double stamps on your quietest open day.
