How guests get their card

Your guests don't need an app. They sign up on an NFCeez page and add the card to Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Wallet (Android).

Getting guests to sign up

• Share the sign-up link: In Guests›Loyalty, tap Share in the "Programme" section. The link looks like nfceez.de/loyalty/… and can be sent by message, Instagram or email.
• After the first campaign: Tap Share loyalty programme.
• Through your Smart Page: If Smart Page›Modules›Loyalty programme is switched on, guests find the card on your Smart Page, so also through your NFC sticker or QR code.

How a guest signs up

1. The guest opens the link and taps "Join now".
2. They enter their first name, last name and email address, and confirm that they are at least 16 years old and accept the terms of participation.
3. They get a 6-digit code by email and enter it.
4. The card is ready. With the Wallet button they add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

What the guest sees on the card

• Their personal QR code with "Show at checkout". This is the code you scan, see Stamping guests.
• The reward and how many stamps are still missing.
• The card updates after every stamp. The guest also gets a short email for each stamp, reward and redemption.

News and offers

Whether you may send a guest news and offers is a separate choice they make when signing up. The box is never pre-ticked, and the card doesn't depend on it. Tap a guest under "Almost there" or in Guests›Customers to see "Allowed" or "Not allowed".

Common questions

The guest has a new phone. They open the sign-up link again, choose "I already have a card" and confirm their email with a code. Their stamps are kept.

The guest doesn't use Wallet. They can use the card on the page and show the QR code there. They can also send you their card's code; then use Enter code in the scanner.

Can a guest delete their card? Yes, on their card themselves. This deletes their stamps and any rewards not yet redeemed.
