What is the stamp card?
Your digital stamp card in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet: guests collect stamps by QR code and get a reward.
The stamp card rewards guests who come back. Your guests keep the card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, you stamp it at the counter, and after a set number of stamps they get a reward.
How it works
- You start a campaign under Guests›Loyalty: reward, number of stamps and duration. See Starting and planning campaigns.
- Guests sign up through your sign-up link or your Smart Page and add the card to their Wallet. See How guests get their card.
- At the counter, tap Scan loyalty card and scan the QR code on the guest's card. See Stamping guests.
- Once the reward is reached, you redeem it on the next scan. See Redeeming rewards.
Good to know
- There is one loyalty programme per account. Guests collect with one card at all your locations.
- Stamping works only through the QR code on the guest's card, not by NFC.
- Only one campaign runs at a time. You can plan the next one in advance.
- Before the card stores your guests' data, the owner concludes the data processing agreement once. See Agreement and terms of participation.
Who can do what?
- Owners, managers and editors scan cards, give stamps and redeem rewards.
- Only owners and managers start campaigns and publish the card's design.
- With read-only access you see the figures, but no scan button.
Common questions
Do my guests need an app? No. The card lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Signing up is free for guests.
Does the card work at all my locations? Yes. The programme belongs to your account, not to a single location.
Can guests get stamps by tapping an NFC sticker? No. NFC stickers take guests to your Smart Page. Stamps are only given when you scan the QR code on their card.
